Heights High Student Beat Up For His Graduation Tickets

A Cleveland Heights High School student said another student assaulted him and stole graduation tickets from him.

An 18-year-old student at Cleveland Heights High School assaulted another senior at the school for his graduation tickets, according to a Cleveland Heights Police Report. The 18-year-old victim was walking near the high school June 1 when he said two men approached him. One suspect started hitting the victim and told him he’d stop if he handed over his graduation tickets. The victim called police, and officers found and arrested the teen, charged him with robbery and recovered the stolen graduation tickets. The other suspect involved was not charged because he did not assault the student. Reports compiled from information and call logs from the Cleveland Heights Police Department.

Hope he was charged as an adult. These kids think its alright to hurt someone with no consequences. Stop the violence, stop the hate. When are we going to look at another person and say that's someones brother, sister, father, mother. Sometimes I wish I was on an island with just family and friends.   more ›
