CHUH, Reaching Heights and Go Public! to Discuss Elementary Curriculum

Join as the organizations and school district discuss what's in store for kids in grades K-5

Local organizations are hosting a meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Jimmy O'Neill's Tavern to discuss the Cleveland Heights-University Heights elementary school curriculum.  Go Public!, Reaching Heights and Stacy Stuhldreher, CHUH coordinator of elementary curriculum, invite residents to stop by to discuss the district's plans for K-5 coursework and ask questions.  Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP by calling Lisa Manzari at 216-906-7496 or email her at womanzari@ameritech.net. Updated: Canterbury Elementary Will Be Led by New Principal Next Year

Principal Kevin Harrell and Stacy Stuhldreher, coordinator of elementary curriculum, will switch roles

Updated 6 a.m. May 18:  The principal of Canterbury Elementary School and the coordinator of elementary curriculum are swapping jobs for the upcoming 2011-2012 school year.  The Cleveland Heights-University Heights School Board officially approved the switch at Tuesday night's special board meeting.  Principal Kevin Harrell has led the school since he started in the CHUH School District in 2006. Prior to joining the CHUH district, he was an administrator for the East Cleveland City School District and for the Cleveland Municipal School District. He will take over Stacy Stuhldreher’s role as coordinator of elementary curriculum, an administrative position in the central office, and Stuhldreher will be principal of Canterbury. Harrell's …
