Debra-Lynn Hook, Neighbor

Kent resident Debra-Lynn B. Hook is a photographer, journalist and mother of three. Her syndicated family life column “Bringing Up Mommy” has appeared in hundreds of publications during its 22-year run. She is the wife of Steven W. Hook, professor and chair of KSU political science.  Her children, Chris, 22, Emily, 18 and Benjie, 13, have  all attended Kent City Schools. Originally from South Carolina and Louisiana, Debra-Lynn and her family have lived in Kent 14 years.
