Hello!

I am a Certified Health Education Specialist with a Masters in Biology and an in-progress PhD in Health Services.  I am also certified in Mental Health First Aid.

I am a recent transplant from sunny Phoenix, AZ, and I can't wait to share some info about life in Ohio as I discover it! 

I love learning and writing about nutrition, health and wellness, pregnancy and child development, parenting, gardening, traveling, you name it!
