Kaye Spector is an award-winning journalist who has worked as a reporter and editor for more than 20 years in Northeast Ohio, most recently at the Plain Dealer.

She has reported on health and medicine, tech, local governments, suburban life and disability issues. 

Kaye joined Patch in December 2010 as an associate regional editor. She helps to manage a group of Patch local editors based in western Cuyahoga County and northern Summit County.

Kaye attends Kent State University, where she is completing her master's degree in journalism.
