ReplyMurphy, Coleman, Paluf and the rest of council who voted to void the contract need to pay it themselves. If you want to listen to the folks who 100 years ago would have been against electricity because it was different, then I suggest you all refi you houses personally and pay the $600,000 plus lawyers costs yourselves! Maybe the nervous nellies will help you out.

ReplyThanks alot Murphy, Instead of getting royalties and more energy for the area, you are wasting my tax dollars. Understand my street was to be repaved this year, meaning Miner Rd will not be repaved as it should. Where is the money coming from? Certainly not from the council and mayor.

ReplyToday's students will not learn if they are bored. Even with the best intentions if you give help to some who may not want it, you are going to be surprised and disappointed in the results.
How you "unbore" these kids is going to determine their success rate and the success of the community. Good Luck.

Ban private snow plow drivers in HH from piling up snow on public sidewalks because walking around the block in winter is good for you but climbing mini ice cliffs, not so much.
