Murder Investigation: Woodridge Road Victim Identified; Grandson In Custody
A 55-year-old woman is dead in an apparent murder and her grandson is in custody.
The Cuyahoga County Coroner's Office has identified the woman found in a Cleveland Heights home on Saturday.
The victim in the apparent murder was Jualene G. Winston, 55.
Cleveland Heights Police have arrested a 21-year-old man after his grandmother was found dead in her home on Woodridge Road.
Patch's news partner WEWS NewsChannel 5 reports that a woman was found dead in the home after 2 p.m. Saturday.
A short time later, the woman’s 21-year-old grandson was arrested after a short foot chase by police.
He was taken into custody and then booked into the Cleveland Heights jail.

The home at 3499 Woodridge Road was roped off with yellow tape and investigators are going in and outside the house wearing rubber gloves. The street was also closed with police tape stretched across in front of the home.
